What you'll do

• Maintain accurate patient reports and records

• monitor and report symptoms or changes in condition
• consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans
• modify treatment plans as indicated by patient responses and conditions
• screen and triage acute patients.
