The Property Manager — Gateway is an onsite, full-time position in Little Rock, AR, with an eight-hour Monday–Friday day schedule. Pay is $20–$25 per hour. The Property Manager oversees daily property operations and quality standards, ensuring reporting, financial tasks, team coordination, and resident-facing property activities are handled according to established requirements. The role contributes to the property’s overall performance and supports the team’s effective operation.

What you'll do

• Supervise property quality standards and daily operations
• meet reporting deadlines
• document move-out inspections and SODAs
• coordinate hiring, terminations, and performance evaluations with HR and the Regional Manager
• manage the Balance Due Report, payables, supplies, petty cash, issue lists, and time approvals
• communicate tenant outreach and unit availability updates
• review market surveys
• conduct weekly property walks
• facilitate training
• maintain the maintenance on-call schedule.
