What you'll do

• Advise clients on employment-law compliance with federal, state and local regulations
• represent clients in discrimination, harassment and wrongful-termination litigation
• draft and review employment policies, contracts, severance agreements and settlement documents
• research statutes, regulations and case law
• prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings and trials
• negotiate settlements and facilitate dispute resolution
• manage case files and deadlines
• provide client training on workplace rights and legal obligations
• stay current on employment-law developments.
