What you'll do

• Develop and grow sales across Ready mix concrete & Asphalt locations, within an assigned territory (Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, Erie Counties).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, municipalities, and other key customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive market share growth through proactive outreach and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and quality control to ensure accurate order fulfillment, pricing alignment, and high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and achieve targets.
• Follow Heidelberg safety procedures on customer job sites and throughout Heidelberg network of locations.
