What you'll do

• Generate leads through strategic marketing
• follow the LASER process to convert leads to members
• acquire new members and convert non-members to memberships
• build relationships with members, retain them, and encourage referrals
• address rider concerns promptly
• hire and train CBX team members
• manage the CBX schedule
• supervise team performance
• collaborate with the Studio Owner on daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• plan to meet financial targets
• maintain studio cleanliness and organization
• ensure technology works and submit trouble tickets when needed.
