What you'll do

• Maintain and monitor member profiles
• resolve duplicate profiles and standardize demographic data
• update CRM records, including profile updates and credit allocations
• review arrivals reports and prepare flash and KPI reports
• analyze guest satisfaction survey results
• support loyalty campaigns and promotions
• respond to member inquiries
• maintain standard operating procedure documentation.
