Staff Accountant

The accountant connects day-to-day accounting operations with capital project budgeting and financial analysis. By tracking fiber-network capital expenditures, maintaining accurate records, and preparing close and variance reporting, the role helps leaders monitor project spending and make informed decisions.

What you'll do

• Track CAPEX against fiber project budgets
• maintain work-in-progress accounting and fixed-asset lifecycle records
• prepare monthly budget-to-actual variance analyses
• reconcile vendor and contractor invoices
• review GL coding and correct exceptions in NetSuite
• prepare capital accruals, amortization schedules, journal entries, and balance-sheet reconciliations
• assist with AR aging, revenue reconciliation, and billing analysis.
