What you'll do

• Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, candidate presentations, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding assistance
• manage 25 or more requisitions
• recruit across locations and functions
• use job boards, ATS/CRM systems, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking
• conduct frequent phone screens and outreach
• maintain candidate pipelines and records
• partner with hiring managers
• track recruiting KPIs and adjust sourcing strategies.
