What you'll do

• Create and maintain daily work plans and crew rosters
• adjust schedules and assign crews based on priorities and resource availability
• generate work orders and close out work packets
• analyze exception reports for labor and equipment charges
• coordinate locates, materials, utilities, and specialized equipment
• maintain data integrity in work management systems
• reconcile completed work packets
• and partner with supervisors and stakeholders to improve resource utilization.
