What you'll do

• Lead maintenance, remodeling, and construction projects in occupied healthcare spaces
• perform advanced carpentry, drywall, flooring, ceiling, door, and finish work
• interpret construction documents
• coordinate with clinical staff, infection control, and facilities leadership
• ensure compliance with safety standards and codes
• mentor maintenance and construction staff
• respond to urgent repairs
• inspect completed work
• participate in the on-call rotation
• maintain life-safety system inspection records
• implement interim life-safety measures
• conduct drills and training
• investigate incidents
• and maintain audit-ready safety logs.
