What you'll do

• Manage daily maintenance and facility operations
• develop and execute preventive maintenance programs
• supervise, schedule, and evaluate maintenance staff and, where applicable, housekeeping, laundry, and transportation teams
• oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire panels, and emergency response systems
• manage vendor contracts and capital projects
• monitor budgets and expenses
• inspect units before occupancy
• support renovations
• monitor regulatory compliance
• participate in safety and disaster preparedness planning
• respond to after-hours emergencies and provide on-call support.
