What you'll do

• Support the Cultivation General Manager with day-to-day cultivation operations and staff leadership
• perform cultivation technician duties
• support propagation, cultivation, and harvest
• coordinate production plans, schedules, and daily tasks
• coordinate plant maintenance, fertigation, integrated pest management, and fertilization protocols
• help manage pest pressure and plant health
• implement Track and Trace protocols
• maintain facility infrastructure and equipment and coordinate timely repairs.
