What you'll do
- Oversee loan operations, lending staff, originations, underwriting, closings, loan platform management, risk management, and loan projections
- prepare lending reports and documents

- coordinate weekly loan meetings
- present loan and restructuring recommendations to the board executive committee
- develop relationships with churches, lenders, investors, and community partners
- supervise and train employees.
