What you'll do

• Assist customers with parts identification, recommendations, pricing, promotions, and inquiries
• maintain inventory records and stock organization
• order parts and process shipments
• inspect incoming parts and report discrepancies
• verify orders
• coordinate fulfillment with the Parts Manager and suppliers
• maintain customer and inventory records
• assist with data entry, reports, returns, and core processing
• use dealership software for inventory control and order tracking.
