The Financial Planning & Analysis Leader role is onsite in Mason, OH. Compensation is $130,000–$140,000 annually. Centennial is recruiting for a global aerospace manufacturing company; the role partners with its CFO, senior leadership, and investors. The leader provides financial reporting, forecasting, modeling, and decision support, translating financial and operational data into insights that inform investment, resourcing, and growth decisions. The role also leads FP&A analysts and the Treasury Manager.

What you'll do

• Lead financial analysis, forecasts, scenario models, and reporting packages
• maintain integrated financial models
• explain actual results and variances
• support strategic planning, board and lender reporting, pricing, and investment decisions
• analyze profitability, manufacturing costs, labor productivity, and inventory
• identify cost-reduction opportunities
• improve ERP and BI reporting
• and lead FP&A analysts and the Treasury Manager.

Why this role
