What you'll do

• Generate loans and deposits and meet cross-sell goals
• develop new business through networking and referral sources
• maintain and deepen client relationships
• structure and negotiate complex commercial real estate loan terms and documents
• monitor portfolio quality, policy exceptions, covenants, and site inspections
• present to loan committees and senior managers
• review appraisals and related reports
• identify and address credit risks
• coach and mentor junior relationship managers.
