This position supports the UniFirst sales team in delivering uniform rental and facility service solutions to a diverse range of business clients. The role exists to drive new business growth within an assigned territory by prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing multi-year service agreements. The representative manages the full sales cycle, from initial cold calling and on-site assessments to final contract negotiations and customer onboarding.

What you'll do

• Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and in-person visits.
• Conduct on-site assessments for uniform, floor care, and facility service programs.
• Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain CRM records and meet monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
• Collaborate with service and operations teams for customer onboarding.
