Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

• Serve customers in person, by phone, and occasionally online
• receive and process orders
• enter and maintain patient, referral, physician, diagnosis, and insurance information
• answer phones and gather order details
• assist with equipment and supply selection and basic instruction
• coordinate deliveries, setups, and pickups
• prepare delivery tickets, prescriptions, and documentation
• maintain compliant patient records
• assist walk-in customers and retail sales
• collect payments
• resolve service concerns
• follow HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.

Why this role
