What you'll do

• Under attorney supervision, provide paraprofessional legal assistance
• conduct client intake, screening, referrals, interviews, fact gathering, research, and investigation
• maintain electronic case files
• draft legal documents and coordinate filings and hearings
• support client representation and community outreach
• track case status and reporting
• and travel to courts, agencies, and community locations. Depending on office needs and experience, the paralegal may manage an assigned caseload from intake through resolution.
