What you'll do

• Oversee 15–20 active projects across multiple markets in partnership with the Head of Construction.
• Travel to job sites nationwide to monitor construction progress and resolve field issues.
• Lead site walks, coordination meetings, and subcontractor scheduling efforts.
• Track project budgets, review invoices, manage change orders, and help control project costs.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, ownership groups, and local authorities.
• Support due diligence reviews and site evaluations.
