What you'll do

• Oversee shift operations and set an example for the crew
• manage staffing, paperwork, inventory, cash, food, and cost controls
• maintain customer relations, store cleanliness, and operating standards
• follow company policies and procedures
• support scheduling, marketing, and profitability
• operate store equipment, stock ingredients, prepare products, process telephone orders, take inventory, and complete related paperwork.
