What you'll do

• Oversee call center and surgery scheduling operations, staffing, work queues, service levels, and quality
• recruit, coach, and evaluate supervisors and staff
• standardize scheduling and patient communication workflows
• monitor access, capacity, and utilization
• lead process improvement and reporting
• coordinate with providers, facilities, and related departments
• ensure compliance with HIPAA and applicable policies.
