Associate Market Clinical Director — Primary Care

The Associate Market Clinical Director role is onsite in Cincinnati, OH, with a Monday–Friday work schedule and clinic hours of 7:30 a.m.–5 p.m. Base salary is $325,000–$350,000 per year plus a 30% bonus. The role supports clinical leadership and patient care across multiple centers serving seniors with chronic conditions. The director oversees clinical outcomes, center performance, and the development of Medical Directors while also providing primary care to a small patient panel. The role strengthens clinical operations and team culture, supports talent development, and aligns care delivery with market goals.

What you'll do

• Direct clinical outcomes and day-to-day management of Medical Directors across multiple centers
• support center operations and market earnings objectives
• mentor and coach Medical Directors
• develop PCPs, NPs, and Medical Directors through practice facilitation, one-to-ones, leadership plans, and performance management
• support clinical training, recruiting, and interviewing
• build relationships with payers, specialists, community organizations, and hospitals
• review center referrals and provide backup for referral and utilization authorizations
• provide primary care to a patient panel as assigned.
