What you'll do

• Prepare and serve meals and snacks according to menus
• accommodate diabetic, low-sodium, and other specialized diets
• bake homemade items as needed
• coordinate preparation with resident census
• engage residents and gather feedback
• support special events and themed dining
• maintain clean and organized kitchen and dining areas
• store and rotate food safely
• log temperatures
• and follow food safety, sanitation, and infection-control standards.
