Facility Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Perform preventive HVAC maintenance, including filters, belts, and basic inspections
• troubleshoot basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues
• repair small appliances
• handle general building repairs
• respond to work orders across multiple locations
• coordinate with outside contractors
• and complete lease-turnover cleaning and inspection tasks. Assist with emergency or on-call repairs as required.
