Senior Specialist, Order Management Systems and Processes is a hybrid role based in Bedford, MA, with an onsite presence required two or three days per week. The pay range is $111,000–$185,000 annually. The role supports Lantheus’s commercial order management systems and order-to-cash workflows. What you'll do

• Support daily order-to-cash system processes and platform administration
• identify and implement process improvements using data analysis and process mapping
• partner with software vendors and technical teams on systems, integrations, and enhancements
• lead resolution of complex order issues
• collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, and IT
• support product launches, system updates, and process changes
• provide user training and documentation
• support onboarding, offboarding, and change management
• foster accountability and continuous improvement.
