Senior Manager, Laboratory Operations

The Senior Manager, Laboratory Operations role is onsite in DeLand, FL, with a Tuesday–Friday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and alternating Saturdays every 12 weeks. Pay is $97,100–$138,700 per year. The manager leads technical and operational functions in a high-volume, high-complexity laboratory. The role oversees laboratory performance, quality, compliance, and workflow improvement while developing supervisors and frontline teams. It contributes to accurate, high-quality laboratory services and supports service-line growth and operational strategy.

• Oversee laboratory operations, performance metrics, workflows, and quality and financial targets
• lead supervisors and frontline teams
• ensure compliance with CAP, CLIA, federal, and Florida requirements
• drive standardization and continuous improvement
• collaborate with senior leadership on growth, resource planning, and strategy
