The Cafe Lead role is onsite in Tampa, FL. Pay is $22–$24 per hour, including tips. The role supports cafe operations and customer service within the store. Working alongside the Food Service Manager, the Cafe Lead helps maintain service, food and beverage quality, and a clean presentation. The role also supports team training, inventory and ordering, food-safety compliance, scheduling, and performance reporting to help the cafe operate efficiently and profitably.

What you'll do

• Help lead daily cafe operations
• prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, juices, smoothies, and light meals
• train and support cafe team members
• follow food safety and company policies
• maintain food handling, labeling, dating, and temperature controls
• address customer concerns
• operate equipment safely
• assist with catering and prepared-food programs as needed
• conduct inventory and replenish stock
• support scheduling, timekeeping, cash reconciliation, reporting, and compliance records.
