Monitor Technician PRN in Englewood, FL. This is an onsite, PRN position. Compensation is not specified. This role exists to monitor patients' cardiac rhythms and interpret EKG readings, reporting any changes to nursing staff, and to assist nursing staff in maintaining efficient operations on the unit.

What you'll do

• Interpret Rhythms and Arrhythmias.
• Report all changes in heart rate/rhythm to appropriate nursing staff.
• Maintain Telemetry Supplies.
• Record patient condition utilizing computerized documentation systems.
• Perform duties with full understanding of related age specific factors.
• Orient and mentor new staff members.
• Follow Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
