What you'll do

• Manage personal injury cases from evaluation through resolution
• draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and pretrial submissions
• take and defend depositions
• retain and work with experts
• appear at hearings, mediations, and trial
• advise clients and maintain proactive contact
• evaluate liability, coverage, damages, and liens
• negotiate with adjusters and defense counsel
• oversee settlement and disbursement
• direct case managers and paralegals
• maintain current case notes and deadlines.
