What you'll do

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, service standards, food and beverage quality, cleanliness, and presentation
• coordinate with culinary partners
• adjust staffing and service flow to business levels
• recruit, train, coach, and develop associates
• manage schedules, payroll, and labor
• address guest concerns and service recovery
• oversee sales, expenses, inventory, and financial controls
• collaborate with hotel leadership and other departments
• ensure food safety, sanitation, and alcohol-service compliance
• support waste reduction and sustainability practices.
