What you'll do

• Serve as the clinical leader on duty
• guide charge nurses and CNAs
• respond to changes in condition and urgent needs
• coordinate admissions, staffing adjustments, and shift coverage
• ensure documentation and follow-through on orders, labs, and treatments
• communicate with providers, families, and on-call leadership
• and monitor safety concerns.
