What you'll do

• Supervise JCRU clinicians and lead clinicians
• oversee the BHR Diversion program
• liaise with emergency personnel managers and supervisors
• ensure staff training and competency
• provide coaching, performance reviews, and goal setting
• review staff documentation and audit assessments
• manage schedules and attendance
• interview and hire staff with approval
• conduct supervision and performance appraisals
• provide clinical assessments and service consultation
• deliver training under clinical directors’ guidance
• be available on-call for service consultation.
