Senior Unified Communications Engineer

What you'll do

• Create and report outage notifications and network-related issues according to standard operating procedures
• ensure compliance with network security policies and procedures
• troubleshoot unified communications issues involving endpoints, bandwidth saturation, profiles, and misconfigurations
• participate in additional Tier II/III projects or upgrades as tasked
• provide After Action Reports for problem-management resolution.
