Job overview

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is onsite in Kansas City, MO. Compensation is $80,000–$100,000 per year. Shining Steps ABA’s mission is to help children reach their potential through compassionate, evidence-based care. The BCBA develops and adjusts individualized ABA treatment, assesses client needs and progress, and supports Registered Behavior Technicians through supervision and mentoring. The role contributes to coordinated care by working with families and school teams and maintaining clinical and ethical standards.

What you'll do

  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans
  • conduct VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments
  • supervise and mentor RBTs
  • collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams
  • maintain ethical, clinical, and compliance standards
  • monitor client progress
  • lead clinical team meetings.
