Floor Care Team Member

What you'll do

• Sweep, mop, scrub, strip, wax, buff, burnish, and clean grout and carpets
• move furniture when needed for floor access
• assist with staff training and safety lessons
• conduct quality inspections as directed
• distribute work assignments as directed
• perform preventive maintenance and minor equipment repairs
• maintain equipment and report worn or broken equipment
• secure buildings when work is complete
• respond promptly to customer complaints.
