What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex technology agreements, including enterprise customer agreements, strategic partnerships, hyperscaler agreements, and vendor agreements
• collaborate with sales, business development, finance, product, and legal teams
• develop commercial legal strategies and structures
• mitigate risks
• and use the company’s AI products to support learning and productivity.
