The Shift Supervisor — Food Service role is an onsite position in Keene, NH, with Saturday and Sunday hours from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Compensation is $23.00 per hour. The role supports Chartwells HE’s campus food service team at Keene State College. The supervisor directs associates during a shift, ensuring assigned work is completed while policies and procedures are followed. The role also supports training, scheduling, performance feedback, and reporting on unit quality, productivity, and safety.

What you'll do

• Direct associates during a shift
• provide training and create work schedules
• evaluate worker performance
• prepare production or sales reports
• support unit quality, productivity, and safety expectations
• respond to employee complaints and time-off requests
• mentor and develop employees.
