What you'll do

• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults
• troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial air conditioning, fan coils, air handling units, chillers, boilers, pumps, cooling towers, makeup air units, ERVs, WSHPs, HVAC controls, refrigeration equipment, and exhaust systems
• provide fact-based guidance to customers
• identify and address developing problems
• follow safety regulations and OSHA and EPA requirements
• communicate clearly and complete paperwork accurately
• share expertise with newer trade workers.
