What you'll do

• Greet clients and patients
• obtain histories and document concerns
• prepare patients for examinations and treatments
• communicate treatment plans and discharge instructions under veterinarian guidance
• assist with exams, treatments, restraint, diagnostics, and sample handling
• coordinate appointment and urgent-care workflows
• maintain exam rooms and supplies
• document services and communications
• support scheduling and follow-up
• maintain cleanliness and infection-control standards.
