What you'll do

• Receive and process patient health information requests according to company and facility procedures
• safeguard confidential information and apply medical privacy regulations
• maintain patient records, assemble charts, and create digital images for electronic records
• retrieve and transmit records appropriately
• answer inbound and outbound calls
• document information in multiple platforms
• meet site productivity expectations. May assist with walk-ins, administrative duties, and scheduling pickups.
