Project Coordinator

Job overview

The Project Coordinator role is onsite in Midlothian, VA, with pay of $18–$21 per hour and an 8 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule. First Atlantic Restoration coordinates restoration projects and related services. The coordinator supports the Project Manager through project phases, maintaining accurate records and helping keep work, budgets, schedules, client communication, and billing on track. The role also helps monitor quality, customer satisfaction, and project resources.

What you'll do

• Maintain project budgets, schedules, work orders, and documentation in job management software
• assist the Project Manager with initial assessment, emergency and mitigation services, contracts, client and stakeholder communication, scopes and estimates, budgeting and scheduling, production, invoicing, collections, quality control, and job-file updates
• review timecards and invoices
• track company assets used on projects.
