What you'll do

• Interview, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff
• manage staffing and vehicle assignments
• ensure staff are trained before participant assignments
• adjust coverage for planned and unscheduled absences
• maintain transportation schedules
• monitor attendance and fleet activity
• provide direct care and transportation as needed
• facilitate transportation training and vehicle inspections
• participate in management-team planning and development.
