What you'll do

• Work assigned phone and email queues
• process orders accurately and promptly

• identify approved suppliers and research custom-item pricing
• communicate with suppliers
• prepare quotes and apply directed promotions
• upsell menu items
• quality-check orders
• coordinate resolution of customer concerns
• confirm orders and hand off issues between shifts.
