What you'll do

• Maintain the leasing tracker
• review and code invoices
• prepare tenant billbacks
• support general ledger reviews, budgets, and variance reporting
• track utilities and accounts receivable
• manage mail
• coordinate tenant welcome materials and events
• respond to tenant inquiries and service requests
• manage work orders
• maintain directories, parking assignments, access cards, and signage
• coordinate vendor bids and monitor performance
• draft service contracts and work authorizations as requested
• conduct site visits and inspections
• review security reports
• manage tenant and vendor certificates of insurance.
