The Branch Manager in Training role is onsite in Auburn, WA. Starting pay is $33 per hour, with additional quarterly performance-based bonus potential after taking over a store. Working with the existing Branch Manager, the trainee helps oversee staff and operations while developing toward responsibility for a retail location. The role contributes to sales performance, team development, inventory and warranty management, and branch goals.

What you'll do

• Work with the Branch Manager to oversee the Auburn location and staff
• set sales team goals and motivate the team
• participate in day-to-day operations and oversee sales processes
• hire, coach, and train staff
• conduct weekly training and one-on-ones
• manage sales, inventory, and warranty
• analyze business performance and develop action plans
• travel to other stores to assist with coverage.
