Reporting to the Plant Manager, the role leads plant procurement and supply chain work to support production schedules, secure supply, manage costs, optimize processes, and mitigate supplier risk. The manager guides procurement specialists and planners and aligns sourcing and operational decisions with plant and business-unit goals.

What you'll do

• Lead plant procurement operations across direct, indirect, and capital spend
• guide procurement specialists and supply chain planners
• align strategies with operations, maintenance, engineering, quality, and finance
• manage sourcing, negotiations, contracts, and supplier performance
• review procurement metrics
• oversee ERP procurement processes, raw-material forecasting, inventory and cost management, bill-of-material issue research, cycle counts, and procurement initiatives.
