What you'll do

• provide onsite assistance, huddles, and rounding
• answer scheduling and authorization questions
• coordinate provider schedules and pre-surgical testing
• submit prior authorization requests
• monitor staff progress and workflow
• schedule or confirm diagnostic appointments, surgeries, and consultations
• maintain surgeon block times
• communicate with patients, families, physicians, and staff
• set work priorities, deadlines, and targets.
