The Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) - Initial License Trainee role is an onsite position based in Saint Inigoes, MD. Compensation is specified as $159,000.00 to $182,000.00 per year, with additional incentives and potential for higher earnings post-licensure, supporting the Calvert Cliffs Generating Station. This role exists to train and prepare candidates to perform the duties of an Operations Shift Supervisor. Upon successful completion of the Initial License Training (ILT) program, the candidate will be fully licensed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to supervise licensed activities in the reactor control room and oversee reactor and equipment operators.

What you'll do

• Attend Initial License Training (ILT) including classroom instruction, examinations, and on-the-job training.
• Successfully complete all training phases to obtain an SRO license.
• Perform assigned duties including emergency response, departmental coverage, and outage support.
