Compensation is $110,000–$160,000 per year, consisting of salary plus earned commissions. The specialist supports residential and light commercial HVAC customers and works with the HVAC Sales Manager, sales coordinators, technicians, and installers. The role develops and closes new and replacement equipment sales by assessing customer needs, designing system solutions, preparing proposals, and following through from sale to post-installation. It also coordinates project details with customers and internal teams to support a complete customer experience.

What you'll do

• Survey homes and buildings, assess HVAC needs, size equipment, and design systems
• prepare and present proposals
• follow up on opportunities and close sales
• coordinate project information with customers, installation teams, and sales coordinators
• address change orders and customer concerns
• conduct post-sale follow-up and site walkthroughs
• meet sales and customer follow-up performance indicators.
